I'm 90 pounds down now. 810 days into this lifestyle, how I stayed committed. It's not what you think.
Hey, Readerit's Frank.
I keep getting asked the same question. How have you stuck with it this long?
People assume it's willpower. Discipline. Some kind of iron will I've always had.
It's not that.
In my new video I break down the real reason I've been able to stay carnivore for over two years straight, and why decision fatigue is the thing that actually derails most people, not lack of willpower.
I use an example from my own life to explain it. Something as simple as driving a new route for the first time versus one you've driven a hundred times. Once you watch it, you'll understand exactly why the beginning feels so hard and why it gets so much easier.
