I made the mess then my body went to work cleaning and clearing!
Hey, Readerit's Frank.
New video just went up, and this one goes deep on something a lot of you have been asking about since I wrapped the 7 Foods series. The last food on that list was vegetables, and I know that one confuses people. It was one of the most confusing parts of this entire experience for me as well. So today I'm breaking down oxalates.
For years I had a massive garden. Kale, spinach, sweet potatoes, beets. I also ate almonds by the handful most days thinking I was doing something good for my body. Turns out those foods were quietly loading me up with oxalates, and it likely played a part in some of my 12 diagnoses.
In this video I walk through what oxalates actually are, why cutting them out triggers a dumping process that can feel worse before it feels better, and the five things I did to get through it without giving up.
If you've got joint pain, skin issues, or fatigue that never quite clears up, even eating clean, this one might be the missing piece.
And if you want the full breakdown, I put together a free guide with the complete symptom list, high and low oxalate food lists, and how to ease through the transition.
